Imagine surfing the internet and coming across an advert where you can hire someone to carry out an assassination of someone you know. That's what happened to Carl Miller - a journalist who discovered the murder-for-hire, hitman service on the dark web.
He speaks to Dane and Lucy on The Debrief about his investigation he happened to stumble across and how he assisted the FBI in convicting a man who paid more than 30k dollars to have his wife killed.
