Manchester City moved to within three points of Premier League leaders Liverpool after their 3-0 win against Aston Villa.

Chelsea extended their winning run to seven matches in all competitions with a 4-2 victory at Burnley, thanks to a hat-trick from Christian Pulisic.

Watford were held to a goalless draw by Bournemouth, while a controversial penalty awarded after a VAR review helped Brighton secure a 3-2 win over Everton.

Elsewhere, the match between West Ham and Sheffield United ended 1-1 at the London Stadium.

Liverpool will hope to restore their six-point at the top of the league when they host Tottenham on Sunday.

Arsenal face Crystal Palace, Norwich take on Manchester United and Newcastle host Wolves.
