Perez wins Alfred Dunhill Links Championship

Victor Perez got the better of Matthew Southgate by a shot to win the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

The victory is the Frenchman's first European Tour title, finishing on 22 under par after final round at St. Andrew's Old Course.

Sweden's Joakim Lagergren and Scotland's Paul Waring finished tied for third.

Meanwhile, 2017 Race to Dubai winner Tommy Fleetwood and playing partner businessman Ogden Phipps won the team honours.
