New Tendulkar? Indian teen cricketer hits world record 1,009 runs

Fifteen year-old Indian schoolboy Pranav Dhanawade has scored a stunning 1,009 runs in a single innings to set a new world record in school cricket. The teenager’s remarkable knock included 59 sixes and 127 fours as he reached the scarcely believable total in just 323 balls. Dhanawade's KC Gandhi School later declared their innings at 1,465 against Arya Gurukul School in their HT Bhandari Cup inter-school tournament. Meanwhile, the teen's innings shattered the previous record of 628 set by Arthur Collins in 1899.
