Australian Open 2020 draw revealed

The draw for the Australian Open is out.

American teenager Coco Gauff comes up against Venus Williams in the first round, while top seed Ashleigh Barty kicks off her campaign against Lesia Tsurenko of Ukraine.

Defending champion Naomi Osaka will face Marie Bouzkova of the Czech Republic, while Serena Williams faces Anastasia Potapova in her quest for a 24th Grand Slam title.

In the men's round, Roger Federer has been drawn in the same half as Novak Djokovic, meaning they could meet in the semi-finals.

The Swiss star starts against American Steve Johnson, while Djokovic opens his campaign against Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff.

Spanish top seed Rafael Nadal plays against Bolivia's Hugo Dellien in the first round.

The first Grand Slam of the year kicks off on January 20.
