Work on AED 400 million Emirati housing project in Sharjah completed

Infrastructure work on more than 300 houses in Sharjah's Al Suyoh 16 area has been completed.

Built at a cost of AED 400 million, the residential project is designed to meet the needs of citizens and support the well-being and stability of Emirati families.

All of the 323 units, which spans an area of 407,880.4 square metres, have been designed in accordance with the highest international standards.

It will have smoke detectors and include fences as well as external annexes.

Jaber Mohammed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi, and Chairman of the Follow-Up Committee of the Initiatives of the UAE President, praised the efforts of the UAE leadership in providing a decent life for citizens and promoting development across the country.
