It's a mark of appreciation for the efforts of outstanding students and their families, and is within the framework of the UAE government's plans to create an attractive and encouraging environment for talented people.

Applications for the golden residency visa will be submitted through the Emirates Schools Establishment.

The visa will be granted to the following categories of outstanding students:

  • Individuals who have obtained an average rate of at least 95 percent in their high school certificate exams from public or private schools.
  • University students from inside or outside the UAE who have a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.75 or its equivalent in specific scientific disciplines.
