Public school students in the UAE will take their final exams digitally.

It’s part of the distance learning initiative that’s in place as a precautionary measure to combat the spread of COVID-19.

According to the Ministry of Education, the centralised smart tests will start on May 4 for students in Grade 4 to 12.

Meanwhile, Grade 12 students will sit for an additional end-of-year exam.

If any student is unable to take the test due to any emergency, a centralised “make-up” tests will be conducted.
