UAE President congratulates new UK Prime Minister

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan congratulated Sir Keir Starmer on becoming Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during a phone call on Sunday.

His Highness expressd his best wishes for Prime Minister Starmer's success in leading the UK towards greater prosperity. 

H.H. Sheikh Mohamed spoke of his eagerness to collaborate closely to strengthen the historic relations between the two countries, aiming to broaden cooperation across diverse areas for the mutual benefit of both nations and their people.

Prime Minister Starmer was grateful for the congratulations, reaffirming his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations with the UAE.

The exchange highlighted the mutual desire of both leaders to deepen diplomatic ties and advance shared interests, particularly focusing on economic, investment, and other critical sectors.
