UAE leaders send condolences to Kuwait on death of Sheikh Nasser

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a cable of condolences to the Emir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the death of Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, dispatched similar messages to Sheikh Nawaf.

Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah died on Sunday at the age of 72. 

He held several government positions in Kuwait, and was most recently the nation's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense from 2017 to 2019.

His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, have also sent their condolences to Sheikh Nawaf.
