With four days left for the Hope Probe to enter the orbit of Mars, UAE leaders and government departments have changed their social media profile photos to the logo of the historic Mars mission.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, were among the first to change their profile pictures.

A similar move was done last July ahead of the successful launch of the Hope Probe.

Along with the slogan "Arabs to Mars", the logo also shows the date for the milestone mission.

That's not all. UAE landmarks like the Dubai Frame, Dubai Canal and Museum of the Future will also light up in red until the Probe's scheduled entry into the Mars orbit at 7:42 pm GST on February 9.
