UAE condemns attack on religious shrine in Iran

The UAE has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a religious shrine in the Iranian city of Shiraz.

The attack, which took place on Wednesday, resulted in the death and injury of dozens of people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) affirmed that the UAE rejects all forms of violence aimed at destabilising security and stability in contravention of human values and principles.

It expressed its condolences to the Iranian government and people and to the families of the victims, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured.
