The UAE emphasized the importance of resolving conflicts between countries through dialogue and peaceful means during a discussion panel at the Oslo Forum in Norway.

Noura Al Kaabi, UAE Minister of State, attended the annual event, which discusses strategies for conflict resolution and peacemaking.

Al Kaabi said that the UAE has always favoured diplomacy over conflict, partnership over unilateralism, dialogue over confrontation, as well as non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs.

She also called for increased communication and cooperation between nations across various fields due to the significant changes witnessed in the international landscape.

Al Kaabi affirmed the UAE’s steadfast belief in joint global action, multilateral cooperation, dialogue and building bridges as a critical part of shaping innovative and lasting solutions to contemporary challenges.

These principles have always shaped the UAE’s path since the country’s founding, she explained.
