UAE announces 424 new cases of COVID-19, 2 deaths

The UAE has announced 424 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 66,617.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHaP) has said 70,079 coronavirus tests have been carried out nationwide in the past 24 hours.

There have been two further fatalities recorded, with the death toll rising to 372.

As many as 112 recoveries have been reported. This means a total of 58,408 people have recuperated from COVID-19.

There are now 7,837 active cases receiving treatment across the UAE.
