UAE announces 388 new COVID-19 cases, 704 recoveries

The UAE has announced 388 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 43,752.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), more than 40,000 new coronavirus tests were carried out across the UAE.

It was also confirmed that three more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 298.

Meanwhile, 704 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 30,241 in the UAE.

There are a total of 13,213 active cases across the emirates.
