The UAE signs redevelopment agreement in Turkey

The UAE has pledged AED 40.4 million towards the redevelopment of the Sheikh Zayed Children's Complex in Istanbul.

The Sheikh Zayed Children's Complex in Istanbul plays a crucial role in providing essential services and care to orphans and at-risk children.

The redevelopment efforts in collaboration with Turkey and supported by the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, aims to expand and enhance the facility. 

His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chair of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, emphasised that the partnership underscores the UAE's longstanding legacy of compassion and humanitarian efforts, echoing the values instilled by the UAE's Founding Father.

Key figures involved in the signing ceremony included the First Lady of Turkey, Emine Erdoğan, and officials from both countries' ministries and charitable foundations.

The redevelopment agreement highlights the UAE's stance on international cooperation and humanitarian efforts, aiming to create lasting impacts on communities and individuals in need worldwide.
