Sheikh Khaled appointed as Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has been appointed as the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.

In his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued an Emiri decree, announcing the appointment.

Sheikh Khaled, who is the President's eldest son, has served as a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office.

Sheikh Mohamed issued another Emiri decree restructuring the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
