Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has issued a set of guidelines for those driving during unstable weather conditions.

In a post on social media, the RTA advised drivers to follow traffic signals, keep a safe distance from other cars, turn on the headlights and check brakes and tires before driving.

Due to the adverse weather conditions, Dubai Government announced that all its departments will switch to remote work on Thursday and Friday, except for roles that require on-site presence.

The government has also urged private sector entities to do the same, keeping public safety in mind.
