All government and private nurseries in Sharjah can start receiving children again from Sunday, March 28.
The announcement was made by the emirate's emergency, crisis and disaster management team in cooperation with the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).
The authorities carried out multiple inspections before giving nurseries the go-ahead to resume in-classroom sessions.
According to the official guidelines, it is mandatory for all the staff members of nurseries to take a COVID-19 PCR test every two weeks.
