All residents of '8 Boulevard Walk' in downtown Dubai were evacuated to safety after a massive fire ripped through the facade of the 35-storeyed building during the early hours of Monday.
In a statement sent to ARN News, the Dubai Civil Defence confirmed there were no injuries or casualties.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene within five minutes of receiving the alert at 03:11 am on Monday.
The blaze was brought under control at 04:52 am and handed over to relevant authorities at 06:08 am for further action.
A spokesperson for property developer Emaar said they are working to ensure the residents are "being taken care of".
"We take the health and safety of our residents very seriously and are working with the authorities concerned to investigate the incident," the statement added.

According to the data released by the Dubai Civil Defence, fire incidents in Dubai highrises are down by 5.48 per cent this year, dropping from 73 in the first three quarters of 2021 to 69 during the same period of 2022.
