More transparency needed to improve domestic worker recruitment

Greater transparency is needed to improve the recruitment process of domestic workers in the Emirates. That’s according to recruitment experts in the region. A team from the Ministry of Interior has started a public opinion poll aimed at enhancing services for families who employ help. Staff will visit homes and other venues across the country to ask for people’s comments and suggestions. Sheryll Bacay, Managing Partner at Penta Global HR solutions, has backed the initiative.
