Long working hours are harmful to health

Having a 48 hour work week is the ideal, as long, sedentary hours can have serious risks on your health.

That's according to medical professionals who say the risks of coronary heart disease are being seen much younger and the risk of a stroke increases by a third.

Dr. Jyoti Upadhyay Specialist - Internal Medicine at Aster Hospital in Dubai says it's not just physical problems that people can suffer from.
