The 'London Taxi' service will soon be launched in Dubai that uses hybrid (electricity and fuel) cabs.

Featured with unique and roomy interiors, the service will be available at Dubai International Airport from February.

The announcement was made by Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, Director-General, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of Roads and Transports Authority(RTA) during a visit to the Dubai Transport Corporation( DTC).

He reviewed the performance indicators of the Corporation in 2020 as well as the projects to be undertaken this year.

The new taxi is characterised by a semi-curved shape and black colour that mimic the iconic London Cab operating in the British capital.
