H.H. Sheikh Mohamed continues to receive foreign leaders

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan continues to accept condolences from heads of state, government leaders and delegates from around the world on the passing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Britain's Prince William and Australia's Governor-General David Hurley were among a host of prominent global figures who visited Abu Dhabi on Monday to pay their respects to the late Sheikh Khalifa.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia; the King of Malaysia, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah; President of the Union of Comoros, Azali Assoumani; Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko; Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov; Special Envoy of Japan's Prime Minister, Akira Amari; Special Envoy of President of the Republic of Korea, Chang Je-won; Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ruslan Kazakbaev; Chadian Minister of State, Abakar Manani; Special Envoy of President of Benin and Benin's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adam Bagoudou Zakari also met Sheikh Mohamed at Al Mushrif Palace.

They offered their condolences to Al Nahyan Family and the Emirati people, and recalled the legacy and wisdom of the late Sheikh Khalifa.

The visiting leaders and dignitaries also congratulated Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed on his election as the President of the UAE.
