Dubai government entities achieved an average customer happiness rate of 86 per cent and employee happiness rate of 88 per cent in 2022.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, revealed the results of the Dubai Government Customer and Employee Happiness Indices on Wednesday.

The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) heads the two indexes.

In the Customers Happiness Index, MBRHE scored 97.4% and is followed by Dubai Chambers (97%) and the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (94.4%).

Meanwhile, MBRHE scored 95% in the Employee Happiness Index, which has Dubai Police (94.6%) in the second spot and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (94.2%) in the third position.

Announced on January 18 every year, the results of the 2022 indices were presented by the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, which operates under the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai.

The initiative is part of the Programme’s efforts to continuously develop the quality of services provided by Dubai government entities.

Sheikh Hamdan directed the Dubai Government Excellence Programme to set a time-bound improvement target for each entity that scored below the average rate in both indices.

He also urged the entities to proactively offer services that can raise customer and employee happiness.
