A new initiative called "Services 360" has been introduced in Dubai with the aim of enhancing the government's efficiency levels.

It will help reduce visits to government service centres by around 9 million and save more than 300,000 work hours every year across Dubai government entities by providing comprehensive digital services through unified channels.

The policy was approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.

He said the initiative is part of the government's ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience as well as service efficiency.
