Female taxi drivers get Ramadan rations from RTA

Supplied

A total of 210 female taxi drivers in Dubai have received Ramadan rations from the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

The RTA’s Women Committee distributed nol cards, which could be used to buy food supplies from some retail outlets in the emirate.

The cards can also be used to pay parking and public transport fares.

The RTA’s Women Committee facilitated the distribution under strict compliance with precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19.
