Emirates Red Crescent reaches remote Yemeni areas

The Emirates Red Crescent arrived in Taiz and other remote areas in Yemen as the war against Houthi rebels continues. The UAE is the first country to reach areas such as Lahij, Shabwa and Bab Al Mandab. The humanitarian organisation’s latest campaign is focused on assisting Bedouins affected by the ongoing events in the country. Tents, mattresses and blankets, as well as electric lamps and water containers are being handed out to the needy.
