ERC calls for volunteers as Lebanon donations continue

The Emirates Red Crescent Authority (ERC) called for volunteers ahead of its relief aid collection in Terminal 1 at the Cruise Terminal at Abu Dhabi Ports on Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, in coordination with donor agencies and institutions in Abu Dhabi. 

Volunteers must register here or at the respective sites. 

The public has been urged to donate canned foodstuffs and food with an expiry date of no less than six months, medical supplies, hygiene products, shoes, warm clothing, blankets, and milk powder. 

 

The ERC will also collect donations across other emirates, as follows:

  • Dubai: Alserkal Avenue, City Centre Mirdif, Red Crescent Centre, City Centre Deira, Mall of Emirates, Al Quoz Warehouses. 
  • Sharjah: Sharjah Centre in Al Rahmaniyah, Al Nakheelat Office.
  • Ras al-Khaimah: ERC Headquarters (Ground floor), Donation Reception Offices in Ras al-Khaimah Caravan, Al Dhait South Caravan, Al Maireedah Caravan, Shaam Caravan. 
  • Umm al-Quwain: Red Crescent Centre Umm al-Quwain, Carrefour, Mall of UAQ, City Mall, Safeer, Al Zeenath Supermarket.
  • Al Ain: Al Markhania Warehouses. 
  • Ajman: Ajman Markets Cooperatie Society in al-Rumailah, al-Rashidiyah, and al-Jurf. Nesto Hypermarkets in al-Raqaib and al-Rashaidiyah. Al-Murad Mall. Festival Land Ajman, Ajman Centre HQ. 
  • Fujairah: Dibba-Fujairah Cabin (next to market garden), Dubai Islamic Bank Tent (Hamdan Bin Abdullah Road), Authotiy Centre (King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Rad-Al Faseel).
