In a major humanitarian initiative, the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre has announced the release of all 86 inmates, who were detained over rent-related financial claims and judicial rulings.

These individuals were released after their outstanding debts totalling over AED 6.8 million were settled with the support of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity Establishment (MBRHC).

This initiative aims to ease the burden on struggling families and support those facing financial crises, further reflecting the UAE’s commitment to enhancing family stability and social responsibility.

Judge AbdulQader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre, expressed gratitude to the MBRHC for its generous support, and emphasized the initiative’s focus on rehabilitation and reintegration, ensuring individuals can start anew and contribute positively to society.

Saleh Zahir Al Mazrouei, Director General of MBRHC, highlighted that this effort is part of the UAE’s broader goal to support vulnerable communities and strengthen the social fabric, bringing families joy ahead of Eid Al-Fitr.
