That's according to Colonel Turki Abdel Rahman Bin Faris, Director of the Command and Control Centre at the General Department of Operations.

Officials confirmed that the 999 emergency hotline is ready to respond to emergency calls at all times, especially during official holidays and occasions.

Colonel Bin Faris urged the public always to reach out in case of emergency. He also advised residents to call 901 for non-emergencies and general inquiries.
