Dubai Police have fulfilled a child of determination's wish to become a cop.

Nine-year-old Saud Muhammad Al-Awadi got the chance to experience the life of a policeman for a day and even ride in one of their supercars.

The authority was quick to respond to Saud's mother who sent a message about her son's wish through the Dubai Police smart app.

Dubai Police’s CSR Department at the General Department of Community Happiness, in collaboration with the Tourism Police Department at the General Department of Criminal Investigations, handled the request.

They visited the boy, gifted him a police uniform and gave him a ride in a luxury police patrol across the La Mer area.

Dubai Police said the gesture is in line with their efforts to spread happiness and positivity among various segments of society.

Saud's mother expressed her gratitude to the police for their swift and generous response, and for fulfilling her child’s wish.
