Dubai Police appoints first female duty station officer

Lieutenant Nouf Khaled Ahly has been appointed the first female duty station officer for Dubai Police.

Lieutenant Ahly is in charge of the security, administrative and criminal functions at the Nayef station.

After graduating from Dubai Police Academy, she underwent training at the site. 

Brigadier Dr Tariq Tahlak, Director of Nayef Police Station, said the station is proud of this achievement, which confirms that Dubai Police are proactive in empowering women to accomplish tasks that were previously limited to men.
