Dubai International serves over 6.4 million passengers in September

Dubai International Airport has maintained its strong growth curve, welcoming more than 6.4 million passengers in September. That’s an increase of 8.2% from the same month last year. Meanwhile, total passenger numbers during the first nine months of this year hit nearly 59 million. Destinations in the GCC and Indian subcontinent accounted for the bulk of traffic, while Eastern Europe was once again the fastest growing market. Freight volume and overall aircraft movement also registered growth.
