The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has pledged AED10 million for the fight against COVID-19.
It'll be set aside for the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department's Community Solidarity Fund Against COVID-19.
The Dubai Chamber is also set to announce a series of initiatives in the coming days that will assist the business sector during this critical period.
Extending assistance to small and medium companies most impacted by the current crisis and providing humanitarian and logistical support required to mobilise resources are some of the key areas they will be looking at.
