COVID-19: UAE announces 365 new cases; two deaths

More than six million COVID-19 tests have been carried out in the UAE so far as part of efforts to ensure the early detection of cases.

As many as 59,759 tests have been conducted in the latest batch that have helped identify 365 new infections.

Another 115 individuals have fully recovered from the virus, taking the total number of recoveries to 57,909.

Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the death toll to 366.

A total of 64,906 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far – but only 6,631 of them are currently active.
