The UAE has confirmed 2,250 new cases of COVID-19 from 197,701 tests.
Another 3,684 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 359,697.
Meanwhile, 17 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,125.
A total of 370,425 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 9,603 are currently active.
UAE closes investigations on Sudan’s illegal military transfer case
The UAE security forces have officially concluded its investigations on a case involving an attempt to transfer military equipment to the Port Sudan Authority through UAE territory, with the arrested members expected to be referred to trial, according to an official from the State Security Prosecution.
