COVID-19: 1,262 new cases reported in the UAE

The UAE confirmed 1,262 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday after conducting 133,003 tests.

Another 771 people have been given the "all clear", taking the overall recovery tally to 148,080.

Meanwhile, one more patient has died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 548.

A total of 157,785 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 9,157 are currently active.
