Airbus aims to inspire next generation of engineers

NULL

Aviation giants Airbus are hoping the Dubai Airshow will inspire the next generation of engineers. The ‘Airbus Little Engineer’ initiative uses robotics and technical workshops to engage the future talent of this region in science, technology and engineering. As part of the program, 50 students from the UAE took part in the "A380 Assembly” and “Space” workshops giving them a hands-on introduction to what goes into assembling the world’s largest aircraft. They were also educated on the wonders of space and how satellite technology is guiding the future of communications and aerospace.
