A.I. technology to measure happiness levels

supplied

A new initiative is using smart cameras in Dubai to gauge customer satisfaction levels

Installed in four RTA service centres across Dubai, the cameras will use the cameras to analyse the extent of customer's happiness. AI technology will analyse the facial expressions of customers before and after processing their transactions at the centre.

This will give an accurate indicator of customer feelings and will enable management to take quick actions if required.

The cameras will be used in customers happiness centres at Al Barsha, Umm Al Ramool, Deira and Al Awir.
