A WhatsApp service has been launched for COVID-19 patients enrolled in the home isolation programme.

The smart service is being provided by Abu Dhabi's Department of Health (DOH) in collaboration with the capital's Public Health Center.

The new service includes a Chatbot to provide answers to people's questions about the virus and home isolation guidelines.

The free channel, which uses a verified WhatsApp business account, is available for everyone 24|7.
