Abu Dhabi Media Office

The Abu Dhabi government has announced housing benefits worth AED 7.6 billion for Emiratis in the emirate.

The latest package, which is set to benefit 5,685 UAE nationals, was approved by Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The benefits include grants for houses and housing loans. It also exempts low-income retirees and families of the deceased from loan repayments.

This is the third round of housing benefits announced in Abu Dhabi this year, and brings the total value of packages disbursed in 2023 to AED 13.44 billion, benefiting 9,292 Emiratis.
