2,556 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 2,556 new cases of COVID-19 from 463,616 tests in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), another 908 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 745,963.

One patient has died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,165.

A total of 764,493 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 16,365 are currently active.
