Selma Blair removed from flight after mid-air outburst

Selma Blair had to be removed from a plane following an alleged mid-flight outburst on Monday (20.06.16). The 43-year-old actress was forcibly ushered off her Delta plane by paramedics when it touched down in Los Angeles after she began exhibiting some concerning behaviour. The Los Angeles Fire Department said: "We responded to a call at 2.54pm for an individual who was sick on a plane." The brunette beauty - who was with her four-year-old son Arthur at the time - alarmed staff on board when she allegedly began screaming, "He burns me. He won't let me eat or drink ... He's going to kill me." It's not known who the star was referring to in the bizarre rant but witnesses claimed they saw Selma - who was sitting in first class on board the plane - mix a pill into her glass of wine just before she made the outrageous remarks. A source told PEOPLE: "She was met by paramedics at LAX as soon as her plane arrived. It looks like she had taken a combination of prescription medication with alcohol. We don't know what sort of prescription medications." Selma was immediately taken off the plane on a stretcher after she landed and transported to a local hospital, while two nurses allegedly checked her bags for medication. The 'Cruel Intentions' star flew in to Cancun, Mexico, last week to celebrate Father's Day (19.06.16) with her ex-partner Jason Bleick and their son, Arthur. However, it's not known whether Jason - who Selma recently joked she'd be willing to reunite with in order to have more children - was on board the plane back to Los Angeles when she started to kick off in front of other passengers.
