Gwyneth Paltrow is writing a self-help book to navigate the "perfect divorce". The 'Iron Man 3' actress is keen to pass on the knowledge she gained after splitting from husband Chris Martin - the father of her children Apple and Moses - two years ago, and will pay particular attention to caring for yourself. A source told Grazia magazine: "Gwyneth has told friends that she couldn't have got through the last year without self-help. Now that she's on the other side, she wants to pass on everything she's learned... [The book will focus on] her personal journey navigating the most difficult period of her life, with emphasis on how to get through hard times by treating your body the right way. There will be recipes, supplement guides and meditation techniques." And 43-year-old Gwyneth - who is now dating TV producer Brad Falchuk - will be honest about intimate matters in the tome. The source added: "She's not pulling any punches and will be going into intimate detail about the healing powers of a healthy sex life." The former couple revealed they had "consciously uncoupled" when announcing their split in 2014, and Gwyneth recently admitted she thinks the "bizarre" phrase is both "powerful and positive". She said: "It's such a bizarre phrase, but having said that, the idea behind it is so powerful and so positive, ultimately. "At the time, my marriage was over, and I was devastated. I was coping with all of that, and then to have this global media onslaught about it. It was really a hard time...[but] if you can stay a family without being in a couple, then the damage is really mitigated."
