Global Village unveils new ticket plans for Season 27

Global Village has unveiled two new ticket plans to offer better flexibility for its guests ahead of the official opening of Season 27.

The “value” ticket, valid from Sunday to Thursday will encourage weekday visits, while the “Any Day” ticket will give guests the flexibility to enter Global Village any day they like, including public holidays.

Organisers have also unveiled a third entrance - titled Happiness Gate, which promises to offer better access for its guests for the new season, and ease traffic flow and ensure shorter distances from car parks.

Additional amenities for Season 27 include increased information counters across the park, revamped prayer rooms, more smart vending machines and extra lockers for guests to safely secure and store belongings.

Mohamed Sharaf, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Holding Entertainment, said they are "consistently looking to evolve the Global Village experience based on the insights and feedback (they) receive from (their) guests and partners.

"With 90 per cent of guests telling us they intend to return to Global Village, finding ways to take the customer experience to the next level is always a priority."

Global Village takes guests on a journey rich in culture, cuisine and awe-inspiring entertainment offering different aspects of the world and welcoming millions of guests every season.

The unique and integrated open-air destination offers guests the largest and most varied range of events, shows and activities in the region.
