Developer Emaar Properties has denied reports that it's planning to sell the observation decks of Burj Khalifa.

In a statement to the Dubai Financial Market, the company clarified that it’s only considering to raise capital against cash flows generated by the tourist attraction.

It added that this financing is being raised in the normal course of business, and once the transaction is finalised, the appropriate disclosures will be made.

International media reports had previously suggested that Emaar was looking to sell the 'At The Top' observation decks and had hired an advisor on the process.
