Dubai records real estate deals worth almost AED 11 billion

The real estate and property transactions were valued at AED10.9 billion during the week ending 22 July 2022, with a total of 2,509 deals.

263 plots were sold for AED1.46 billion, and 1,716 apartments and villas were sold for AED3.67 billion.

The DLD weekly report said the top three transactions were land in Burj Khalifa sold for AED167.09 million, followed by land that was sold for AED70.6 million in Al Barsha First, and land sold for AED167.09 million in Burj Khalifa in third place.

Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 130 sales transactions worth AED328.15 million, followed by Jabal Ali First with 32 sales transactions worth AED92.67 million, and Al Yufrah 2 with 24 sales transactions worth AED28 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for AED632 million in Palm Jumeirah, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED352 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED314 million in Marsa Dubai.

The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED5.09 billion, with the highest being land in Al Satwa, mortgaged for AED96 million.

119 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED720 million
