The milestone generated AED 5 billion through a series of local and international sales events, solidifying Aldar’s position as a leading player in Dubai’s real estate market.

In the first phase, 734 villas were sold, including three, four, and five bedroom homes. The development, offers a tranquil sanctuary that blends modern living with eco-friendly design, appealing to residents seeking a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

92 per cent of sales were made to expatriate residents and overseas buyers, underscoring Dubai’s status as a global hub for both long-term residency and investment. The top three nationalities driving sales were from India, China, and the UK, reflecting the city’s international appeal.

Additionally, 52 per cent of buyers were under the age of 45, indicating that The Wilds is resonating strongly with younger, family-oriented buyers who prioritise wellness and outdoor living.

85 per cent of sales were made to first-time Aldar property buyers, signaling a growing trust and expanding customer base in the Dubai market.

Group Chief Executive Officer at Aldar, Talal Al Dhiyebi, commented, “The Wilds’ success is a milestone moment for Aldar as we continue to grow our footprint in Dubai. With AED 5 billion confirmed in sales, this development marks our most successful launch in terms of value and highlights Dubai’s attractiveness as one of the world’s foremost destinations to both invest and reside. As a long-term investor in the emirate, we will capitalise on its growing economy, rising population, and our strong customer insights to ensure we remain a market leader for years to come.”

In the next phase, Aldar will launch a range of luxurious five and six bedroom mansions designed by the renowned Lebanese architect Nabil Gholam, as well as one-to-three bedroom apartments that will overlook a masterplan inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature.
