UK government publishes bill to replace EU law post-Brexit
The British government has published legislation designed to take affect once Britain formally leaves the European Union.
The so-called Repeal Bill is supposed to provide continuity, while re-establishing the primacy of British law.
The passage of the bill is expected to be a major logistical and political challenge for Prime Minister Theresa May.
Meanwhile, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is meeting the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator for the first time in Brussels.
